“L3 Correction video” showing lower lumbar correction using Muscle Energy and Structural Integration inspired techniques. This video is the third in Capstone Method’s “Anatomy of a Back Problem ” series. In this video we perform the lumbar correction by addressing a soft tissue pattern that shows up with a facet dysfunction. In this case at L3/L4 there is an ERrSBr in other words the facet joint on the right is stuck closed and rotates and sidebends right as the person leans forward.
